Return & Refund Policy

    At Michaela's Crystals, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every bag I create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Iโ€™m here to help.

    Returns

    • Timeframe:
      You have 30 days from the date you receive your bag to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, I canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid within 1 HOUR ofย ordering.
    • Condition:
      To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Process:
      To start a return, please email me at support@michaelas-crystals.comย with your order number and a brief explanation of why youโ€™d like to return the item. I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.ย Please do note that I do not offer free returns. And Returns should be sent back directly to my fulfillment company in Asia.

    Refunds

    • Inspection:
      Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Processing:
      If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me at support@michaelas-crystals.com

    Exchanges

    • Damaged or Defective Items:
      I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email me at support@michaelas-crystals.com and I will assist you with the exchange process.

    Gifts

    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
